Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book any appointment.
I reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service total for cancellations or no-shows made 24 hours or less before the appointment time. Any no-show will be banned from booking future appointments.
Deposits are only transferable if the appointment is rescheduled 48 hours prior. This may be done one time only. If a second reschedule is needed, a new deposit will be required.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit and/or full service amount will be required before booking a new appointment.
No children are allowed at appointments.
